I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff. The location was great for having a car, as it was close to beautiful beaches and supermarkets. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired, and there were some issues with signage around the hotel. Overall, I would say it was decent value for money, but some aspects could be improved.

Rooms
8.0
The room was quite spacious and clean, with a small outdoor patio that was lovely for sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. However, I had requested a room with natural sunlight and a balcony, which wasn't fulfilled.
Service
9.0
The staff were generally quite helpful, especially at reception. They were young and friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The hotel was conveniently located close to a beautiful beach just a 10-minute drive away and also near some supermarkets. However, finding the entrance to the parking garage was a bit tricky.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were not great. The breakfast mainly consisted of croissants, and while it appeared big, there weren't many savory choices available.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but I didn't have a chance to explore much besides the dining area and my room. The pool looked inviting but I didn't use it during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was quite beautiful and relaxing, although being on the outskirts of an industrial estate did make it feel a bit isolated. The rooms were decent but quite noisy with entertainment running until late. Service had its ups and downs, with some helpful staff but also some concerning hygiene issues at the dining area. Overall, it was good value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were decent but not quite what I expected from the pictures. They were comfortable, but being right in front of a main stage made it hard to get a good night's sleep with the entertainment going on until 12:30 am.
Service
5.0
Service was a bit hit or miss. There were some helpful staff members, but when I pointed out flies in my salad, the response was rather dismissive, which was disappointing.
Location
6.0
The hotel location was picturesque and somewhat relaxing. However, being on the outskirts of an industrial area made things feel a bit lonely. Public buses and a shuttle to the beach helped ease that isolation a bit.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were somewhat limited given the number of guests. The food was generally good, especially the freshly baked European bread, but I think more variety is needed.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were okay, but nothing particularly stood out. Everything was clean, and I enjoyed the pool area, but it felt a bit basic overall.

Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The rooms, while equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a great shower setup, had some issues like a funny smell and no natural light. The service was friendly and helpful, but at times, I felt a bit let down by the rudeness if I had any complaints. The location felt quite isolated and wasn't very visually appealing. Dining was hit or miss, with the evening buffet being the highlight but some frustrating waits for service. If you're looking for a cozy stay, this hotel may fit the bill, but it's not without its drawbacks.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were made up nicely, but unfortunately, they had no natural light and were situated right above the cooking facility, which resulted in a funny smell, especially in the bathroom.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly and helpful, although I did encounter some rudeness when I voiced any complaints.
Location
5.0
The hotel is somewhat secluded and located next to an industrial zone, which is not very pretty. It is outside the city and can feel isolated.
Dining
7.0
The evening buffet was the highlight of my dining experience, but I did find myself waiting in line for coffee and other basics.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities included a Jacuzzi bathtub in the room, which was nice, but there was a general lack of service availability like room service and laundry.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a lovely garden view from the rooms. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the location can be tricky to navigate, especially without a car. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a quiet retreat, but there are some areas that need improvement.

Rooms
7.0
I really enjoyed the view from my room overlooking the gardens, and the bed was big and comfortable. However, I noticed that the rooms were a bit dated and could use some work.
Service
8.0
The service was generally good. The staff, especially the breakfast team, were very welcoming and made me feel at home, with special mention to Ricardo for his excellent coffee service. However, I found it a bit frustrating that coffee wasn’t served until 8 AM, which felt a bit strict.
Location
6.0
The location was a mixed bag. While it was close to the beautiful beaches and supermarkets, getting there could be challenging, especially since it’s through an industrial area and not many restaurants are nearby. A car is definitely needed.
Dining
5.0
Dining was one of the disappointing aspects of my stay. The breakfast options were pretty basic, and despite being at a resort, I was only tempted to eat breakfast there once during my three-day stay.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were reasonable but nothing extraordinary. The amenities were okay, but I felt they could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

6.2/10

The hotel has a great atmosphere with entertainment right outside, but the noise can make it hard to sleep. The rooms are spacious but lack natural sunlight and balconies, and the service is friendly but can be inconsistent due to language barriers. Overall, it’s a good spot for those who enjoy lively evenings, though the value for money could be better considering dining costs.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are quite large but unfortunately lack natural sunlight and balconies, which I had requested. They are also located in a separate building away from the main hotel, so it was not what I expected.
Service
7.0
The service staff is young and generally very helpful, though there were times when they completely ignored us because of a communication barrier.
Location
6.0
The hotel is massive, which means transporting luggage can be a hassle. It’s great for sporty types, but getting out and about for day trips is a bit inconvenient.
Dining
5.0
While the dining options seem extensive, they lack variety in savory dishes and can get quite pricey at about 25 euros per person for dinner. The atmosphere can be quite loud, making it less enjoyable.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities are decent, but nothing stood out that made them exceptional.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is not ideal, being in an industrial area and quite far from the beach, which made transportation a bit costly. The rooms, while spacious, had a heavy smell that was off-putting. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference. Overall, I would say it's a decent place if you're traveling by car, but it may not be the best choice for those wanting to be right in the action.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was spacious, but it had a heavy, damp smell that wasn't pleasant.
Service
7.0
The staff at the front desk were friendly and happy to help, which was refreshing compared to some of the restaurant staff who were rude.
Location
5.0
The hotel is in a rather industrial area, making it quite far from the beach and without many local amenities within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing; the food often felt cold and not fresh, which was a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had decent facilities, it could benefit from better maintenance and amenities.

5.0/10

The hotel had a lot of potential with its nice mountain views and decent dining options, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. The rooms could really use some upgrades, and the service felt below what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. The location isn't the best since it feels quite isolated from the city center, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. Overall, there are strengths, but several aspects definitely need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a nice balcony with mountain views, but the door was broken, the shower wasn't working, and the air conditioning was out for two days. I found it quite disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking for a four-star hotel. Most staff didn't speak English, which made communication tough, and I experienced several issues that needed addressing.
Location
5.0
The hotel is quite a distance from the city center, making it feel isolated. I wouldn’t recommend trying to rent a bike, as the area isn’t very pretty, and the last bus leaves at 7:30 PM.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were decent with a good variety, but the buffet system felt quite hectic. The food was fresh and tasty, which was a plus.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were average, needing some refreshment, yet the pool area looked well maintained.

5.4/10

The hotel has a decent location that's convenient for early ferry travelers, but the rooms left a lot to be desired with cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. The service was somewhat inconsistent, and while the breakfast had a good variety, the overall dining experience was just okay. Overall, it's an average option that could use some improvements in the room and service departments.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were supposed to be fine, but I found the carpet to be very grubby and the shower broken. Air conditioning was also out for two days, which was not ideal.
Service
5.0
The service varied in friendliness; some staff were okay, but I didn't appreciate being told that the restaurant had already closed when I arrived just after 10 am.
Location
6.0
The location is convenient for those using the ferry in the morning, close to the port, but the surroundings aren't particularly attractive.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was decent with a good variety of Continental and Italian food, but it could have been a bit better.
Facilities
5.0
I didn't find many facilities that stood out, and overall, they seemed to lack the level expected from a four-star hotel.

7.0/10

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was very well-kept and offered great amenities. The rooms were tidy and well-equipped, making it a comfortable choice. However, I found the dining options to be quite basic. Additionally, the location is a bit secluded, so you'll definitely need a car to get around. Overall, it's good value for money, especially for a getaway.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were clean and well equipped, with a good bed and a beautiful bathroom.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and eager to assist, although sometimes seemed a bit rushed when approaching check-out times.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit out of the way from the center, so having a car is essential, but it’s quiet and surrounded by nature.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent, but I would have liked to see more variety in the options provided.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were decent, but nothing too extravagant to write home about.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is a bit far from Olbia and not very picturesque, which impacted my overall enjoyment. The rooms, while clean, were too noisy due to the entertainment right outside and lacked sound-proofing. On the plus side, the majority of the staff were friendly and attentive, especially at the bar and dining room. The dining options were acceptable, with a good variety. However, some facilities need maintenance, like the air conditioning, which didn't work for a couple of days.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but unfortunately right in front of the main stage, making it hard to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from entertainment activities until late.
Service
8.0
The service was generally good, with friendly and engaging staff members, especially Danilo at the pool bar. However, they sometimes overlooked Do Not Disturb signs.
Location
5.0
The hotel is quite far from Olbia and located on the outskirts of an industrial area, which isn't the most appealing. However, it's about a 15-minute drive to the beaches.
Dining
7.0
Dining was acceptable, offering a varied selection including fruits and traditional products, but I found it quite crowded and not up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the pool were nice, but some amenities like the air conditioning were not functioning properly for part of my stay.
